Shekhawati , a ergion primatily , consisting small towns was the homeland of erstwhile rulers and elite social class. Shekhawati is famous for its artistic Havelies and flamboyant frescos. The package gives an insight about the “expressive”traditions of Rajsthan.
DAY 01 : Delhi 
Arrive Delhi, meet & assistance at the airport & transfer to the
hotel. Rest of the day at leisure, Night stay in Delhi
DAY 02 : Delhi - Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur, on arrival checks in at hotel & later
proceeds for excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride ascent to the
fort.
AMBER FORT PALACE :
Amber is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort
palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and
completed by his descendent Jai Singh I. Its forbidding exterior
belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and
Hindu styles finds it's ultimate expression. Continue sightseeing.
CITY PALACE :
A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional
Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh
of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri
Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.
JANTAR MANTAR :
This is the largest and the best preserved of the
five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the
country. This observatory consisting of outsized astronomical
instruments is still in use.
HAWA MAHAL :
The ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds" is a
prominent landmark in Jaipur. Their five-storey structures of
sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and
elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built
in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the

DAY 03 : Jaipur - Samode
Morning drive to Samode, on arrival check in at hotel & later
proceed for sightseeing tour of Samode palace, which was built by
the Maharaja of Jaipur Jai Singh 2nd Finance minister. The palace
is renowned for it's Shekawati style paintings & lactic work of
Sheesh Mahal. The palace is surrounded by hills, which makes for
truly picturesque settings. Also visit the beautifully landscaped
garden of Samode Bagh. Adjoining the garden is the heritage hotel
- Samode palace, which is an oasis of luxury. Rest of the day at
leisure. Night stay in Samode.
DAY 04 : Samode - Mandawa
Morning drive to Mandawa. Arrive Mandawa & check in at hotel.
Later visit Mandawa, founded 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and still
the home of his descendants has beautiful frescoes, Havelis and
mansions. Mandawa castle one of the finest castles of Rajasthan,
is now a hotel and house of collection of armories, costumes of
ancestors, canons from 1820 ancient coins, numismatic collection
and many other interesting items, preserved in a museum. Night
stay in Mandawa.
DAY 05 : Mandawa - Delhi
Morning drive to Delhi. On arrival check in at hotel & later
proceed for city sightseeing of tour of Delhi visiting Old & New
Delhi
OLD DELHI :
A sight-seeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting
the Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was
cremated, Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India.
NEW DELHI :
An extensive sight-seeing tour of New Delhi would
include a visit to the Humayun's Tomb, the Qutub Minar, a drive
along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India
Gate, Parliament House, the President's Residence and would end
with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. Night stay in Delhi.
DAY 06 : Departure
Morning check out from hotel & departure transfer to the airport
to board the flight for onward Journey. Tour ends with sweet
memories.
