Palace on wheel operates every Wednesday from September till April every year. It does not operates in May,June, July and August which are actually the summer season in India.
Day 01 :
(Wed) Arrive Delhi Cantt railway station to board Palace on wheels. Train departs for Jaipur at 1745 hrs . Dinner on board. Dinner
Day 02 :
(Thu) Arrive Jaipur .After breakfast sightseeing of Jaipur . Lunch at Palace hotel and continue with the sightseeing. Later proceed for Jaisalmer at 1730 hrs. Dinner onboard. (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
Day 03 :
(Fri) Arrive Jaisalmer . Sightseeing after breakfast . After lunch visit to Sand dunes and camel ride . Dinner with cultural programme at Jaisalmer. Later proceed to Jodhpur at 2300 hrs .(breakfast/lunch/dinner)
Day 04 :
(Sat) Arrive Jodhpur . After breakfast sightseeing of Jodhpur. Lunch at Palace hotel. Later departure for Sawai Madhopur at 1530 hrs. Dinner on board. (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
Day 04 : Agra - Jaipur - Pushkar
Morning after breakfast visit the majestic Amber Fort where you ride up on elephants back to the former capital of the royals set against the backdrop of wooded hills. Later explore shopping centres of jaipur and drive to Pushkar. Arrive Pushkar and check inn to your hotel. Evening enjoy the camel Fair.
Day 05 :
(Sun) Arrive Sawai Madhopur . After breakfast visit to the National Park . Proceed to Chittaugarh at 1100 hrs . Lunch on board . Later sightseeing of Chittaugarh fort . Dinner on board. (breakfast/lunch/dinner
Day 06 :
(Mon) Proceed to Udaipur . Sightseeing of Udaipur . Lunch at Palace hotel. Departure for Agra at 1830 hrs. Dinner on board. (breakfast/lunch/dinner)

(Tue) Arrive Agra at 0500 hrs. Sightseeing of Agra - the city of Taj mahal. Depart for Bharatpur at 1100 hrs. Arrive

Terms & Conditions
PALACE ON WHEELS TRAIN TOUR-Booking Procedure
(1) We require Names & Nationality of all the passengers.
(2) Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of minimum 50% advance deposit.
(3) Balance/Full payment must reach us atleast 65 days,before tour date ;with passport details (viz. Date of Birth, Passport number, place of issue, date of issue, date of expiry).
(4) Any booking request received 65 days of tour depart,will be confirmed on receipt of 100% train tour value.
(5) An E-travel document for Palace On Wheels train Tour will be forwarded to you,within 48 hrs of clearence of full payment.
(6) Cabin allotment will be made at time of Check-in & Boarding Card handed over.
PALACE ON WHEELS TRAIN TOUR-Payment Options

PALACE ON WHEELS TRAIN TOUR-Cancellation Policy
1.Action on cancellation of booking will only be proceeded on receipt of written request for same.
2.MINIMUM 5%(five) of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee, if request is received >61 days prior of tour departure date.
3.MINIMUM 20% (twenty) of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee,if request is received between 60 to 31 days prior of tour departure date.
4.Full 100%(hundred) of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee,if request is received 31 days prior of tour departure date.
5. Non receipt of dues,as per payment policy,will be governed by cancellation rules.
6.No Show/Curtailment of journey will be charged 100% of total ticket value.
7.Request for postponement of journey ,are at sole discretion of Train Tour authorities ;and can only be considered against full payment of ticket value.
8.Train Tour Booking is non-endorsable.
9. Cancellation requests made due to change in pricing,tax structure or routing schedule will be governed by Cancellation Rules.
10.Disputes,if any,are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi(india) courts,only.
